Kitagawa QB Series Three-Jaw Power Chucks – Models QB306, QB308, QB310, QB312
Manufactured by Kitagawa, Japan, the Kitagawa QB Series Three-Jaw Power Chucks are designed for hydraulic operation and feature quick jaw change capabilities. These chucks use three hydraulic jaws and offer up to 20% more clamping force and bore diameter compared to conventional chucks. They also exhibit lower centrifugal force during high-speed machining.
Features of Kitagawa QB Series Three-Jaw Power Chucks:
Designed with a self-centering three-jaw chuck structure. Made from high-grade alloy steel with all working surfaces hardened, precision-machined base for repeatable accuracy and long service life.
Wedge-type power transmission with three jaws, suitable for high-speed machining. Provides up to 20% more clamping force and bore diameter than standard chucks.
Low centrifugal force at high speeds.
Suitable for transferring workpieces with sub-spindles; includes mounting bolts, T-nuts, and jaw mounting bolts.
Also comes with a chuck wrench and mounting wrench.
This quick-change chuck offers higher speed, consistent clamping force, and greater bore capacity compared to standard chucks.
The large bore chuck is compatible with Kitagawa soft and hard top jaws.
Made in Japan – high quality and long-lasting durability.
Designed for securely clamping workpieces during turning operations, especially cylindrical parts.
